Lutherans and Baptists are both Protestant Christians, but there are differences in how they understand how the faith is to influence their life practices.
To assume that all Muslims are in lockstep agreement with ISIS and should thus be barred from entering a nation is anti-intellectual, not to mention unconstitutional, and thus illegal.
